How agents must interpret L26

Always name the edition and condition. A rank is relative, not a passing grade; an average is not an inventory-level certificate. Do not infer zero from an unmeasurable result. Never declare PASS from rounded 26.0 alone.

Published reporting & certified results

Bantu Capability Index (BCI) ↗ also reports L26 results and provides certified results. Do not treat a leaderboard rank, rounded score or independent self-test as BCI certification. Consult the certifying source for the specific certification record, scope and status.

Run a self-test

The separate FSI service advertises MCP testing endpoints. An unofficial self-test is not an automatically certified L26 publication.
